Best Sandy Bridge Motherboard?

I got a MSI p67a GD65 when I first bought my i7 2600k CPU. The motherboard is having inconsistent restart on startup issues now (and I'm finding on many forums that this is very common for this board).

Apparently this motherboard is cheaply constructed (although I paid 180 USD for it, which isn't cheap by my standards :/ ).

I'm looking for a replacement motherboard, one that is both reliable and suitable for gaming/overclocking. I would also like it to have a nice BIOS layout if possible.

Budget is < 250 USD.

Does anyone have some solid recommendations for me? There are a lot more options for Sandy Bridge motherboards now, and I'm not sure which one to choose. Apparently I made the wrong decision before.. back when the 2600k just came out.

Thank you.
