my laptop automatically restart agin and again

my laptop suddenly restarts when i start windows normally.because my neo laptop
has no battery and uses only charger.
*when i open it neo logo shows then,
*windows repair(recomended)& windows start normally
when i start normally, the microsoft logo appear and then restarts and back to start again. But when i start the repair it began to process it shut down& when i start again neo logo shows then, windows normally start and when the windows logo appear it restart again when i try the F2 combo withF8 i try diff. methods but it doesn't work and begin again to restart how can i fix it ?do i need reformatting?
pleas help me! my mom will gonna kill me!

Sounds like the hard drive may be dying, find out what the maker is of the hard drive go to their web sight and download their hard drive testing software and burn it to a cd or a usb key then boot to which ever you use and test the hard drive.
