Power Button doesn't work

So my power button doesn't work but my reset button does. So what the power button is supposed to do, my reset button does it. And the reset button is supposed to reboot your computer, right? It doesn't do that. Anything wrong with this ...?

Have you checked if the button cables are in attached to the correct connectors?
