Gigabyte 7950 vs MSI 660 Ti?

The 660 Ti has a higher core clock than the gigabyte 7950, but the 7950 has more memory. Which is better for gaming? Are they both good and last long? Any pros and cons against those two? Also, which uses less watts?

Either are good, If i were to go with one i would rock the XFX but i run a Sapphire 7950 with the 950 mhz non-boost clock.

Sapphire 7950 Peaks out at 70c while the fans are running at 50% so i could up them a bit more but it isn't rough enough.
