Zotac amp editiion?

im getting the zotac amp edition gtx 680 with the copper heatpipes. ive never heard much about the company and im worried that it only has about a 2 year warranty. i would much prefer a lifetime warrant like the current XFX card i have now. i wont be overclocking the card how long do you think this card can last for? whats your experience with killing your gpu? has anyone heard of zotac making bad cards or?

Dont worry zotac is a good brand... Without OC also it will be able to play all the games on ultra settings
