    Probably, 2GB is very low.
  2. Yep. Ideally in a newer system you'd have bout 8 gigs of RAM. More than that is useless. But in you system 4 gigs would improve not only gaming but perfomance in general.
  3. I would get another 4GB so that you have 6 in total. I record video, play all sorts of games and never go above 7. you can get this for like 40$ on sale. make sure it works with the stick you currently have though :p I would get DDR3 but I don't know if it works with DDR2 >.> someone else would have to answer that.
  4. You need to buy ram in matching pairs, such as 2 x 2GB, 2 x 4GB.

Your system definitely does not enough memory for gaming, so additional will help.

Your system overall may be starved for memory when playing games.

Edit: oh yes you have 32 bit, you will need 64 bit windows then to take advantage of 4GB or more.

That, right there, limits you to 4GB at best. You will need a 64bit version of Windows to install more than that. I would still get another 2GB though.

DDR3 does not work in DDR2 motherboards. The physical sockets are different and the memory controller doesn't support it.
