650 watts or 750?

So these power supplies have a very close price. Should I get the one with 750 watts? I'm making a healthy system that has a 7950 graphics card, which needs 500 watts. My fan controller requires 100 watts, making 600, not counting other parts. Is 750 recommended? Or should I go even higher and get a 850 watt, and then I could upgrade more with it? Is 850 serious overkill right now? Could a 850 harm my system? Core components I'm getting are the i5-3570k, gigabyte 7950, Cavier Black HDD and 8 GB RAM.

If you plan to leave this computer as it is untill you sell it go with the lowest possible and cheapest like a 550w, If you ever plan to upgrade the gpu to somthing more power hungry go with a better higher watt psu now.

Hi - of those you linked - I'd go with the XFX 850, not because you need it(you don't)
because it is on special and is quite a bit cheaper than the other two.
