So I had some recent problems with my pc and I initially thought it was a gpu problem but that wasn't the case. Now I have 2 graphics cards and I'm wondering if I should return one.
I started with an asus gtx460 786mb over clocked model.

And ended up buying a gigabyte hd7770 1gb to replace it.

So I'm wondering if I should stick to my old card since it benchmarks better and go get my 100 bucks back or if I should keep the hd 7770 since it has newer technology.
I do did myself hating the radeon software. It's clunky and stupid.
What do you guys think?
Who's the winner?
Should I get my cash back?

lol talk bad things about radeon software/drivers the thread could easily goes bad :p  . i haven't use radeon for a very long time (my last radeon card was HD4550) so i can't say anything about it. all i know they are getting better especially with this generation of card (though they do take their time on it).

btw between the two you might want to keep 7770. if you still unsure about it then try using both for a period of time then pick the one that served you the best

The 460 and the 7770 are on par with each other so the choice is down to preference (and I prefer the 460 fwiw)

For future reference, the last page og Toms's Best GPU's for the Money article has a handy heirarchy chart for easy reference.

i think 7770 is much more equal to the original 460 (there are several version of 460 with 1GB memory). the one he mention above is a bit weaker than original 460. so i bet 7770 at stock should be faster to the one he have. then he said he dont like amd softwares or driver so i suggest him to use both for a while then take the one that suits his need
