Replaced LCD on Dell Inspiron, now won't boot

I replaced by LCD display on my Dell Inspiron, but now it won't boot past the the initial blue screen, just goes black. Thanks for your help!

Simply replacing the display will not affect the boot like that. Look elsewhere for the problem, like a loose connection inside the case.

I took out all of the screws and replaced them, and turned it on but it started beeping loudly
