Alright so I've been stuck with this dinosaur pc for 6 years so I thought its time to upgrade. I Have 4.7k Pounds (7k Dollars for those in the US) to spare. I wanted to show you guys my build to get feedback on whats better or could be enhanced. I'm spending this much because I don't wish to upgrade for 10 yrs or so but I do not wish to Watercool as it takes too much management. I'll be ordering this all from Scan.co.uk, so here is the build I'm thinking of:

I should of mentioned that I'm gonna be using this pc for Video Editing and Gaming. So AMD is not great for me.

AMD GPUs (specifically 7970s) perform better than just about every NVIDIA card there is. Unless you plan on adobe (anything b/c CUDA acceleration is amazing) then stick to the titans.

Otherwise you should look into the other parts (excluding the PSU as well) bit better of a SSD more space etc.

The 64gb of ram you want is WAY more than overkill even for vid editing.

Also the Noctua D-14 out performs (though by a fractional amount) every single closed loop water cooler.
