i fixed my problem the clock multiplier was set to auto which whas 14x200mhz=2.8ghz i set it manually to 19x200mhz=3.8ghz.now it shows right cpu speed in cpu-z and amd monitor and windows experience, thanks 8350rocks you nailed it! i have one more question about cpb should i set manually or leave it auto?

I believe you mean CPU/NB.
CPU/NB is 2200 @ stock & HT Link is 2600@ Stock.
There is no significant performance gain by increasing it. you could leave it @ Auto or manually set it if its running lower than stock.

There are some programs out there that allow you to see your current CPU performance...PerfMonitor for example is a pretty commonly used one.

It's almost always something simple... :)
