I will give 5/10
As motherboard, power supply and graphics card are not upto mark
Mobo should be asrock, msi, gigabyte or asus z77
Graphics should be atleast 650ti, 550ti or hd6850
power supply should be around 500 to 550W

My only concern is the graphics card. All of the other things can work just fine for you, but if you are thinking of doing any gaming it is going to struggle. The 2gb video ram is nice, but it just doesn't have the processing power to run many new games well at all. On the other hand if games are no concern should be just fine. The processor is a great performer. If you want a really fast starting computer I would also look into getting an SSD, the 60gb drives are pretty inexpensive these days. I will also give your build a 5/10. Welcome to the home-built computing club! It can be addicting!

5/10

solid processor, name brand ram and it looks like you include an ssd

however, i'm not too keen on your psu brand choice and mobo choice. i agree you should step up your gpu as well.

keep in mind i prefer using name brand parts since generally speaking i've had less issues.

What is bad about Biostar and Rosewill? As far as I've heard, those are both trustworthy, dependable, brands.

i'm not going to say anything about reliability as you may well be right but they are budget oriented brands. keeping in mind your budget of only 640, its not bad. i just prefer top end brands myself.
