AC3 FPS Issue

I just got AC3 and Im having Fps issues, i get 20-40FPS on Normal settings, i thikn i should be geting more.. i watched videos on youtube and people with a crapper pc then me get more -_- Here are my specs
PNY 650 GTX 2GB DDR5
AMD FX 4100 OC to 4.1GHz
4GB DDR3
Windows 8
320GB HDD
If anybody can help me out you will be the man ^_^

Your cpu is really slow. In most games it won't make a difference because you have a weaker gpu. This game is a console port so they didn't optimize it very well for the pc, so it runs to much of the cpu. When I had a 965 I got similar framerates, and I had to upgrade to an 8320. If you are mad about that, you should have seen how mad I was when I was getting those same framerates with a 7950.
