My computer stopped recognizing 2 devices plugged in. It will see other devices plugged into the same ports, but not those 2. The devices work on another computer, my laptop running Zorin, so I know its not a problem with them.
I don't know if somehow it was something I did. I have my computer hooked up to my TV in my room, and often fall asleep with my keyboard still on my bed. I woke up, and there was a message saying that I needed to restart for the changes to take place, I hadn't made any changes that I was aware of. I restarted anyhow, and ever since then, my external hard drive, and thumb drive that were plugged in at the time are no longer working properly when plugged into this computer.
Please help me get things going again. Thank you!
