What are some good CPU coolers? under 148mm Height

requirement:
around $30
less than 148mm in height (im using a fractal design core 1000)
has to be compatible with AM3+ (using a AMD fx- 6100)

The Cooler Master TX-3 is under that height and is an easy install on an AMD retention bracket. Snaps right on like the stock cooler. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103064

I put one on my other PC with a PhIIX4 965BE and O/C it to 3.8GHZ with no temp issues at all. Kept it nice and cool.
