Different Voltages and Bad RAM?

I have three different sticks of RAM I have questions about. One of the sticks is 4 GB DDR3 1600 rated at 1.65 volts and the other two sticks I have are 2 GB DDR3 1333 rated at 1.5 volts.

If I pair these together in a dual channel motherboard, will it work?

That being asked, I have another question. The last motherboard I used the 2 GB sticks in shorted and fried. Does that mean the 2 GB sticks are bad? If I put them in the motherboard, will they possibly damage the motherboard?

Edit:
Motherboard is ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0

Well, 1.65 volt RAM cards are hard on the CPU, but I wouldn't use the old ones either. If you post the model of your current Motherboard, I'll look up it's specs.
