Hi Guys,

Need some advice from the Gurus.

My Rig:

CPU: i7 2600
GPU: MSI Radeon 7850 twin forzr iii
Board: Asrock Z77 Extreme 4
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 1600 DDR3
PSU: Cooler Master Extreme Power 600 Watt

Currently Looking to upgrade the GPU.
I was wondering if I should upgrade and keep a single card setup or buy another Radeon 7850?
Also if I buy another Radeon 7850 will the 600 Watt PSU be enough?

Another question was that the Twin forzr model that I currently have is not available anymore here in India. Clock@900 Mhz
The MSI Power edition model which is clocked higher at 950 Mhz is available.
How will this setup work? Will I face compatibility issues?

Or should I just sell my single card and go for something like a 7950 or GeForce 670.

Cheers Guys.

Sell your current card, always better to have one strong card rather than two weaker ones. If you must Crossfire your PSU will handle it but by the skin of its teeth.

If you do sell, the 7950 currently offers the best value for money of the high end cards. Also consider just overclocking what you've got, you can get a massive performance increase out of a 7850 with a bit of overclocking.

I tried overclocking but the system does not stay every stable after that.
Tried this with crysis 3 clock speed 1100 Mhz and Memory clock 1300Mhz.

And also did not see a big difference in frame rates that led me to the upgrade decision.
Do you think is it worth going with the 7950?
