How well will my computer work on The following games(Medium?).

Core 2 Duo E7200 2.53 GHZ
2 GB RAM(Possibly upgrading to 8 GB)
Sapphire Radeon HD 7750 1 GB DDR5

How well do you think my computer will be able to do on medium settings?

Games:
Battlefield 3
CoD: BO2
War Thunder
Far Cry 2/3
CS:GO

it depends on resolution you play.hd 7750 can easily handle games upto 1440*900res with high-ultra settings in most games
