Broken Hard Drive

Hey everybody, can someone help me?
I have broken HD to my laptop. I only get out from HD a pictures, music and videos, but is it possible to get out a programme with license?

You need the original setup file or CD to install the program on to another hard drive.
The registration/license information is written in the Windows Registry, probably in encrypted form.
You won't be able to read the Registry anyway if you can't get get Windows to run from that drive.
You may be able to get the licence information from the company you bought the program from if you
have proof of purchase or an account login for their website.

This problem could have easily been avoided if you had kept the drive backed up on another drive.
All hard drives fail eventually, so you have to take steps to be prepared for when that happens.
