Are Asus DirectCU cards worth it?

I was thinking of getting two GTX 670's from Asus but it seems that with the price they have I can already get a GTX 680 on sale. Is it worth buying or should I just save and wait for a 680 to go on a small sale ?(granted it's an OEM 680 though)
