performance wise both should be the same. about the cooler you might need to look around for reviews that actually test the card that you mention. but i bet both will perform just the same in term of cooling performance however the noise generated from the fan might be a concern.

I change my mind regarding GTX 670 Vcard. And, I also found out that Inno3D have some issues with their cooling performance, so Palit would be the better choice IMO.


I'm going with Palit GTX 680 4GB for future proof.
