OC i7 3770 non k

I have increased the multiplier to 39, turned off the turbo boost and when the pc boot. the frequency didnt change at all. how to OC a little bit this non k cpu properly ?

have GB z68 chipset mobo.

It has a locked multiplier, so I'm pretty sure you could do a little bit by increasing the BUS speed, but I don't think you can get much by changing the multiplier.

i know its locked cpu but i know i can add some more 200-300mhz. where is the bus speed in the bios and how much i can add?

i believe a i7-3770 non k is max on oc to 3.7 maybe 3.8ghz i don't know exactly, but i recommend not to do it since you won't really get a big increase in speed and you might decrease the lifespan of your cpu alot
