GA Z77X-UD5H and rare problem in starting computer

For a few months use a motherboard Z77X-UD5H. He was with the bios F13. I have now updated to version F14. Rarely happens to me that when you restart the pc locks to the bios screen and the operating system is not loaded: i must act on the power button to shut down the pc and restart it. Can you please explain to me why the incident occurs? The boot options, in the bios are set correctly.

Do you have an SSD in your system? Some times I've see this happening with some SSDs.

Also, when the system hangs on the Bios, do you actually mean in the POST screen? It shows any error message? Do you lost any BIOS configuration?

This used to happen from a cold start or when you reboot?
