660ti with an i7 920

I currently have a i7 920 with a 560ti running at 1920x1200. I don't want to do a new system until Haswell comes out. But when playing Heart of the Swarm, i have noticed that my frame rate is down a good amount from Wings of Liberty. Would a 660ti even help me with my current cpu, or would i be bottle necking myself.
