looking to upgrade

hii currently have a Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. G41MT-S2P (Socket 775) and a Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 overclocked to 3.6 ghz and 8 gb of ram and a AMD Radeon HD 6670 , which i love its very fast for what i need it for. but i play the total war games i can play shogun 2 on medium to high settings but don't think its very future proof. i was thinking of upgrading my system to a, ASUS P8H61-MX USB3 Intel Quad Core i7 3770 3.4GHz CPU 8GB Motherboard Bundle. its going for around £ 350 pounds would it be worth the money and could i use my 500w atx psu an my old hard drive and my dvd rom.

go for i53570K with any Z77 motherboard rest with same same graphics card rest is fine

If you're not overclocking, grab an i5-3470 and a h77 mobo.
