I'm using Window's 7 64 bit. I've been having a 2-3 second freezes then followed by the found new hardware sound. Then it will work fine. Sometimes it will do it several times in a row. It will happen during gaming or just on the desktop. I reformatted and did fresh install hoping to get rid of the problem,but that didn't help. I've watched the task manager applications and processes and seen nothing. Device manager says drivers are ok. Not sure where to even start if I can't wipe it with a new install. Help please......
