Please help me with the graphics card problem.

I just built a new pc with a 7950, i5 3570k, 8gb ram and a 650w gold psu. In all of the games I play random shapes of all sizes flicker random colors every few seconds. I tried deleting and reinstalling a lot of different drivers. I don't think it is the psu causing it. . Should I exchange the graphics card? Is there any way to make sure it is the graphics card causing it.

It only happens in games not regular things. Please help ;(

Sounds like artifacting. Yes, that is the gpu. You should try to rma it if you can.
