Router connection crashes Win 7 while booting

While booting, sudden, quick blue screen with buzz sound happen and computer gets automaticaly restarted. Problem have appeared after i've started to connect my computer to internet through router (LevelOne WBR-3408). If cable is unplugged from ethernet card, system boots without problems and when i connect after system is up, connection works ok.
Any idea, how could i get rid of this disturbing problem?

Go into your computer's BIOS Setup and remove network adapter from the boot device sequence.
