Graphic card upgrade? Worth it or not.

Hello all,
I am new to this forum and I would like to get some help/suggestion to buy a new GPU.
Currently Im running with:
i5 3570k
16GB DDR3 1600 RAM
SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6850
ASRock Z77 Pro4 LGA 1155 Intel Z77
128 GB SSD and 1TB HDD

My question is I want to buy this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121642 to upgrade from my old one which is this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102908. Is it worth the upgrade??? If not please suggest me a GPU that would have better performance and under 150 dollars please and thank you all for taking your precious time to read this.

Don't buy 7770, same performance as 6850. My opinion is you don't need to upgrade yet, because under 150$ you won't get any performance.

The reason why I want an upgrade is because lately when I play game for a about 2 hr+ for example Dota 2 my screen screw up. It splits my screen into 2 pieces which force me to restart my PC. And the software is up to dated

Did you try it with vsync off, or turn on window mode without borders? Also check gpu temp
