Winmagic securedocs locked me out

So I've got a bit of an issue. I worked for a company that had us put winmagic securedoc on our personal computers. It apparently creates a hidden partition that cannot be removed even when you completely format the drive (I took it out and plugged it into my desktop to do this). So when I go to re-install windows on the machine it still pops up and asks for my username and password (which I know and have no problem entering it's just really annoying). I'd like to remove this but since I no longer have access to the software I don't know how to do so.

Any help with revealing hidden partitions would be appreciated.

To be clear I'm not trying to hack into any company data, I even completely formatted the drive. I just want to use my computer again.

visit the drive manufacturers website and look for a low level format utility.
