I am Looking for 850$ (After Mail in rebates and shipping) Intel and AMD build,I will be gaming with this PC, (games include, ArmA, DayZ, WarZ, Bioshock, Battlefield, Simcity) I need an OS, and Monitor. Heres my current AMD build, but from what I hear Intel performs better in games

That doesn't include an OS or an Optical Drive. You can just get an OS by "different'" means, if you know what I mean. And I'm thinking that you already have an Optical drive and maybe a case, if you could scrap together a few extra bucks you could get a 7970.
