I have no problem with doing it. It's just that I wonder why it does this as my PC shouldn't have a problem with me playing games and having Aero on. It's not the best of the best PC's but I think it's pretty well capable of doing it. Does this mean something is wrong with my PC?

SPECS:
i7 3770k @ 4.4mhz
ASrock Extreme4 mobo
GTX680
16 GB DDR3 1600Mhz ram
120 GB OCZ Agility SSD (boot drive)
500 GB WD HDD
1000W PSU

I am running duel monitors but the game is only displayed on one. The other is for browsing web.

Can somebody let me know if this is normal or does it mean something in my PC is crapping out on me.

Alright thank you guys.. I thought maybe somethign was wrong with my PC. Since every time it did that I got a message saying my PC performance was slow and reccomending me to disable aero. But if it's normal than I feel better about it.

Aero does use resources which can be used while gaming which is why you get that message. There are other programs which may be disabled to help when playing and then there are free programs such as Game Booster which do it in a "one-click" manner (once set up). This guide may prove to be helpful in getting the most out of your gaming http://blog.tune-up.com/tips-and-tricks/10-essential-tw... I think #5 is probably the most helpful but it's all good stuff
