Detected monitor will not work (unable to save display settings)

Hey guys, I recently got a third monitor. The setups are: HDMI-HDMI and mDP-DVI and the third (the new one) is DVI-DVI. When I even try to use the 3rd monitor as a secondary display it doesn't work. I tried it on my other computer and the monitor functions fine, I also tried a different monitor on the cards DVI port to verify that the DVI port works. I run 2 7970's in Crossfire with catalyst 13.1. In short: the monitor is detected, but will not activate, the monitor works for sure, the graphic card port works for sure, I'm NOT using Eyefinity just a third monitor.

Still having the same problem, tried multiple cables and settings now, Any ideas? can a graphics card not be compatible with a particular monitor?
