VPN with wifi

I was wondering if it was possible to connect my laptop to my router through wifi using VPN. I mean manually creating VPN so that only I can connect to the wifi. Is this possible or I am just wondering things?

It seems that rather than create a VPN, you should enable MAC filtering in your router (if your router supports it). Once enabled, you can enter the MAC addresses of the computers that you will allow on your network. If the only MAC address that you enter is the one for your laptop, then no one else will be able to get on.

I agree with you but MAC address can be faked. I am interested in setting up VPN from my computer to my router (if it's possible). That's it. Possible?
