Overclocking with i5-3570k and ASrock extreme4 z77

So i have a corsair h60 liquid cooler and i was thinking i could get around 4.2-4.4 overclock but i have really have no clue how to overclock when it comes to cpus

my Mobo came with asrock extreme tuning utility..but in the overclocking section i see Bclk/Pcie..Cpu ratio..GT frequency...and voltages...
should i be doing this overclock in the BIOS or can i use this utility? and what do i need to raise to achieve 4.2 ghz because my cpu ratio is at x 16..and i dont know how these things relate

You just bump up the multiplier untill u reach your desired frequency and bump up the voltage untill its stable
