AMD Bioshock key troubles?

I was just curious if the Bioshock Infinite that is supposed to come with the deal for the GPU promotion going on right now comes before or after the game is released. I recieved an email with my Tomb Raider code, and it says that I should recieve the BI one when it is available and it has been about a week since then. Any help is appreciated.

Anyways, Im on the same boat as you still waiting for my Infinite key. I got the tomb raider already and finished the game 100%
