I'm curious because I recently bought Gaming Series GS600 2013 Edition 600 Watt ATX 12V and it didn't work so now I'm wondering which is better because this is the last thing I need for my gaming rig ti work. Normal:
I just want to know what's over all better for my rig

I would get which ever is cheaper in your case they will both provide enough power. if the new model is $5 more I would grab it if not I would grab the old model.
