1920x1080 Everything Is Small!

Today I purchased a 23" 1920x1080p monitor... and everything is looks so damn small. In skype everything is font 3, in google chrome, even when maximizing the zoom, the top bar has very small text. In the bottom right of my screen, my Malwarebytes and Avast icons look very blurry. In the taskbar, all my apps are squeezed together. I have no clue what I should do. I tried making "text and items" large, but that makes things even worse. Google Chrome gets all blurry. Any help would be appreciated.

Try updating your GPU drivers. There may be settings in Catalyst Control Center which need to be adjusted for your new monitor.
