FPS so low on Gaming. Need help

So I have built a new computer which according to CanYouRunIt, should run games like arma ii and arma iii VERY quickly, it is off the edge of the chart, however it cannot run it in very low, i get about 5fps. It is really annoying me I cannot understand why it is so crappy.

My specs:

Processor: Intel Core i5-3330 @ 3.00Ghz (4CPU's)
Memory: 8Gb Ram
Hard Drive: 1Tb Barracuda Black
Graphics: AMD Sapphire Radeon 7770 715mb

Someone please help me/suggestions welcome.
