Hello there. I know many people has talk about it, but my problem is kind of quietly different. I try to upgrade the MOBO BIOS, but it failed. I downloaded the latest version and couldn't finnish the process. I tried to flash it but nothing happens. I can't even access to the bios. I can't even make it turn on normally. All that happens is it shows the number 22 on the Q-Code LED. I tried reseting the CMOS, but nothing happens. Don't know what else can I do. I assume I need to reset somehow the BIOS, but can't find a way to, and don't know if what I did voided the warranty. Please help.

Thanks for replying :) I also forgot to say that the processor LED that indicates something's wrong, blinks. Normally it should just turn on, but not blink. And when I take it off, that's exactly what happens. When I put it back, it starts blinking again. Is there a possibility that by changing the BIOS chip the problem is solve? I emailed Asus for help but they haven't mail me back.
