I want to buy a Thermalright Silver Arrow SB-E Extreme in Canada. Why do I want the Silver Arrow? The NH-D14 is too mainstream and the Phanteks PH-TC14PE is basically the NH-D14 with different looks. I need a trust worthy place to buy from and I do not care if it takes long to ship I just need a place to buy it.
