Which is better?

i am going to buy Intel Core i5 3570 and i am not going to overclock it.So should i go for Asrock Z77 Extreme4 or Asrock H77 PRO4/MVP

Go for H77 cuz you're not overclocking. Then use the extra money you save to get a better parts like Graphics Card or add extra RAM.

if you wont oc the cpu which you cant because its locked only the 3570k is unlocked go for the H77!

Yup, the 3570k is only for overclocking which you won't be doing. So like I said, get the 3570 and H77 mobo then use the extra cash to a better graphics card or extra RAM, etc.
