Liquid Cooling questions

So, I've recently been looking into building my first computer, and I was planning on overclocking it, and I've heard its best to use liquid cooling. I've been somewhat reading into liquid cooling, but I'm still pretty confused on the concept. I was planning on using the NZXT Kraken X60 All-in-One Liquid Cooler. Looking into it, it appears to only have a water block for the processor (as most of the liquid cooling I've seen). So I guess my question is; what all do I need exactly for liquid cooling?

Those are sealed units only meant to cool the cpu. If you want to do custom liquid cooling it will cost allot more money.

Oh, that makes a lot more sense, I'll probably just do the CPU for now then, perhaps I'll upgrade at a later time, thank you.
