Well if you have the wifi router installed at your place you surely can get to the home page of the router and set or get the wifi access password from it.
Provided , it's your own WiFi network you're talking about.... If not and it's someone else's network you want to log onto , then I'd suggest try a different forum and read the rules before you post a question here.
