Best GPU choice, gaming, no overclock

I want to build a new Gaming PC for GTA V. I don't want to overclock so this is my choice:
Corsair 600GS
ASUS SABERTOOTH Z77
i5-3570
GTX 660

I want my PC to last at least 4 years. Can I upgrade CPU and GPU with this build in the future? Is my GPU choice the best choice if I don't want to upgrade? Should I wait for GTA V to come to PC and build my new PC with next gen technology?

+1 ^ there is no system requirements of gta 5 but i think you able to run at high setting.mostly gta 5 will release in pc

And the mobo you picked is more expensive mainly becaouse its OC possibility....
