100% CPU Usage

I have HP G62 470tx Laptop with windows 7 64x. when I remove power cable CPU usage goes to 100%. When I plug power source it goes normal. I can not find any process in the task manager. What happen when I remove power cable. I replace CPU fan with new one. but error still exists.

That sounds like it is software related...your CPU usage will not change based solely on connecting/disconnecting a power source on a laptop. Perhaps windows 7 has a bug changing your system readouts.

Try downloading perfmonitor and run it to see if you get the same results. If you do let me know, we'll do some troubleshooting.
