I have just installed a new PSU

Stupidly I was tucking all the spare wires back into my case when one of the molex plugs touched part of the heatsink/fan assembly on my graphic card sparking!

The computer turned off, I have been able to turn it back on again but now I'm getting nothing on my screen when I start up, the fan spins on the graphic card though so it is still getting power

Is the graphics card likely to be dead?

Spec is

Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
AMD FX 8350 Processor
As rock 990FX extreme3 Motherboard
16gb Patriot G2 RAM
Nvidia GTX 460 Graphic Card
Samsung SSD 830 256 GB Primary HD
Be quiet 700w straight power PSU

I suspect that that I've put a charge across the gpu (via the heatsink) frying the delicate components in the graphic processor
