Nope.. all the PC parts are complete rubbish for $650..

Not really , no

The GTX 650 graphics card will limit your performance . On a 1080p screen it will perform pretty poorly

Worse still is the power supply thats too weak . Even a GTX 650 will load that unit higher than would be comfortable , so a graphics card upgrade is impossible without also changing the power supply
