Need help with a custom Minecraft Steve build

So, I've become addicted to Minecraft. I now plan to build a laptop-like pc built to scale Steve. I want WiFi and a rechargeable battery. The components need to meet recommended specs or higher. I'd like a 7-13 inch display across his body, shoulder to shoulder, with another one below. I'd like a keyboard with touchpad resting above his knees. I want various USB ports and various card readers in his head, with lighted eyes and an optical drive mouth. I can make a simple chassis, with compartments for the parts. I'd like the displays to work together, so I can run Minecraft in one and something else in the other. I want to run windows 7 or 8, which I may need help getting on. The hard drive should be 500GB or higher. I only have about $500, but I may get more. In short, I want a Steve laptop. Thanks for reading and maybe helping.
