Ok really need some help deciding what card to use

USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming, and movies. I want to be able to play far cry 3 and crysis with decent settings

CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: Nvidia 9800 GT & 400w/500w power supply?(not entirely sure but think it's between these figures)

OTHER RELEVANT SYSTEM SPECS: Intel Core 2 Quad @ 2.5ghz, 4gb or RAM

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: Amazon

OVERCLOCKING: No

MONITOR RESOLUTION: Using a Panasonic 36"inch TV lol
